Help with parent product and error 5885
Hi
Ive been selling on Amazon for around 6 months and I'm doing really well with just single product listings but I cant seem to work out how to make a parent product.
Also having constant issues with a generics error on a brand that I stock I have the products in stock and have applied to sell which has been approved but every time I add the EAN and click to list it I get the generics error code. Ive asked Amazon for help which is no use.
Ive now spent Hours, days and weeks adding products that seem to disappear into thin air and contantly getting error codes im pulling my hair out!!
can anyone please help someone that doesn't know what they are doing!!

Regarding the variations issue, have you already checked Create parent-child relationships?
As per the error 5885, have you already created a case with Seller Support?
If not, When you contact Selling Partner Support, you must provide the following information:
- Product title
- SKU
- ASIN
- If you are using an inventory file template for feeds upload, provide the Batch ID of the processing report.
- Real world image of the product or packaging that clearly shows the product is generic and unbranded.
