Once again Seller Support are useless retards and yes that is still a word in the English Dictionary that fits these (Moderator Edit Sarah_Amzn: inappropriate content removed). Im not bothered about Political Correctness my son has just died and i am trying to feed my family.
A woman buys a CD , then contacts me and says you sent me a CD i said yes thats what you ordered , i send her a copy of her order and tell her no worries sent it back and i will give you a full refund no problem at all , no answer just negative feedback with a Libel comment saying ORDERED DVD AND THEY SENT A CD , firstly Amazon would not take the Feedback off until after many many emails and time - NO COMMON SENSE(Moderator Edit Sarah_Amzn: inappropriate content removed) , next an A-Z Claim now the customer is saying that she has received nothing - ONCE AGAIN (Moderator Edit Sarah_Amzn: inappropriate content removed) SELLER SUPPORT DO NOT EVEN NOTIFY ME , THEY PUT AN ODR AGAINST MY NAME AND GIVE THE CUSTOMER ALL HER MONEY BACK , THIS WOMAN HAS COMMITTED A SCAM AND FRAUD AND AMAZON HAVE HELPED IN THE ORCHESTRATION OF THIS - I HAVE HAD ENOUGH I WILL TAKE THIS SCAMMER TO A SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND MAKE FOOLS OF AMAZON SELLER SUPPORT - ABSOLUTELY FUMING - ANYONE ELSE HAD ISSUES LIKE THIS ????
