Problem with Case ID 10900198472 feedback the one who answered is a robot! not humans, this is not fair

I have experienced an incident where a buyer did not look at the time window when buying on Case ID 9599428062. Amazon customer service deleted the feedback because it was not appropriate.

But in this case it is different, (Case ID 10900198472)

Amazon service center does not help at all, only robots answer it

I’ve received a comment from buyer. We know this is not the entire feedback comment is a product review. or buyer-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers,

We just sent it on 5th March

Amazon time window is still open (Scheduled arrival on the 15th March) but buyer gave 1 star feedback,

Even now it's only 7th March,

The buyer should know when buying Deliver by: Sat, 8 Mar 2025 GMT to Sat, 15 Mar 2025 GMT

While today is still the 7th of March

Obviously it doesn't match the agreement at the beginning of the buyer and will arrive until 15 Mar 2025

In the time window Amazon also said it will arrive on 15 Mar 2025

Can you remove this from my feedback profile?

You are not talking to Amazon on here, just your fellow sellers and forum moderators. None of us can remove the feedback. You have to go through Seller Support using the help link at the top.
