Questions About "Amazon Shipping Ground" Service
Hello everyone,
We noticed the "Amazon Shipping Ground" option, and though we haven't tried it yet, we have a few simple questions.
Who can schedule this service, and how can we arrange daily pickups?
How reliable is this service compared to USPS or UPS?
If anyone has had issues, how easy were they to resolve?

Amazon Ground Shipping offers a variety of collection types, including loose load, container, and palletized, depending on the number of packages you need to ship. We collect your packages from your warehouse and deliver them to your shipper with stop-by-stop tracking. Package pickups are available 7 days a week and delivered in two to five days, including the weekends.
