Need Clarification & Action – ASIN Blocked Due to Compliance Request

Hello Amazon Support Team and Community, ( @Manny_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon )

My ASIN B0F5X3SGKR (registered under my brand enrolled in Brand Registry) was recently deactivated due to the following compliance reason:

"Compliance Request - dietary supplements. We ask you to submit Evidence of product enrollment or participation in a third-party quality certification program (renewed annually) and Good Manufacturing Practice certificate (renewed annually) as proof of compliance and recommend that you have the remaining required documents readily available."

I would like to clarify the following:

What specific certifications are required to reactivate this ASIN?

Where should I upload the GMP certificate and any other required documentation?

I do have a valid GMP certificate from my manufacturer, but there are no clear instructions in the deactivation notice regarding the upload location.

I have already opened cases 17699816711 and 17699816712, where support promised to get back to me within 24 hours. Unfortunately, more than two weeks have passed with no response or resolution.

This delay is affecting my business operations, and I kindly ask you to:

Expedite the resolution of my case

Provide feedback on the documents I submitted

Confirm what else (if anything) is needed to restore my listing

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Hi there @Seller_RtnF86OePiTYY,

I apologize but for compliance for Supplement Products you need to request third party testing via the Compliance Dashboard. At this time Amazon does not accept documents from seller's directly and must use one of the accepted third party testing organizations. I'm sorry for any difficulties this creates.
