How remove 1 star but reviews

hi
I am selling only FBA but I got 1 star there are not any reviews that do not show any customers and do not show which variation is this 1 star.
My jacket is 14 variations 1 star is shown for all jackets.
how can I remove 1 star?

You can’t. Anyone can leave a review (incl photo and written text) or just a rating (star only). They don’t even have to make a purchase.

Unless it contains profanities etc amazon won’t remove it. But a rating by itself, no chance.
