they told me that my account was suspended because of DAC7. Now they say that all the information are valid but we have to wait for the identity information check. I am waiting since 13 days and I can not find the responsible person or the department. They say only this: we dont need any further info. please wait.

I dont understand why do they need to verify the identity information again and again.
