I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing issues with my Amazon accounts, both as a buyer and a seller. My buyer account was inexplicably closed, which has consequently restricted my access to my Amazon Seller Central account due to the shared authentication system across Amazon services.
However, my Seller account remains functional, with approximately 10 orders placed within the last 3-5 days. This situation is causing significant operational and legal issues for me:
1.Unshipped Orders: I am unable to access my Seller Central account to manage and ship these orders. This not only disrupts my business but also damages my reputation as a seller.

2.Legal Obligations: As a registered auto-entrepreneur in France, I am legally required to declare my income to the French tax authorities and URSSAF. My annual sales exceed 80,000 euros, and without access to my account, I am unable to fulfill these obligations, which exposes me to severe legal consequences.

3.Funds Blocked: My Seller Central account currently holds nearly 3,000 euros from recent sales, which I am unable to access due to the account closure. This represents a significant financial loss for me.
I have made multiple attempts to contact Amazon Support for a resolution, but I have not received a satisfactory response. As a result, I am now left with no choice but to escalate this matter.
If I do not receive a resolution by 14:00 tomorrow, I will be filing a formal complaint with the police. I urge Amazon to urgently restore my access to Seller Central so I can fulfill my obligations and avoid further legal action.
