It is always particularly erratic - usually there's a couple of failures then we get one through. Unfortunately today it's not working for us at all. As per @Seller_i38MVIJDH23AY - it's simply not worth the time in getting in contact with seller support. There will be multiple messages back and forth and lack of understanding. We simply don't have time.

Yeah we haven't had any issues over the last month but yesterday and today it's not having it. Hope they haven't stopped doing this as it's one of the more beneficial updates they've done over the last few years!

At least it's not just is then. Ever since it was introduced it seems to be very touch and go as to whether it works. One of the other forum members had a line to the Amazon person in charge of it and reported back more than once that it wasn't working, to which the person had been unaware and 'switched it back on' again.
I guess we'll just have to go without. So frustrating that things can't just work and stay working. There's also the fact that it's never worked for consignments of more than 50 sku's (49 seems to be the tipping point), but obviously that's never reported - it just took us a whole load of trial and error to figure it out.

My contact has stopped replying to me. 50 ASIN has always been the limit. They said they had plans to increase it. I only found this out through him. It was not communicated. I just assumed it wasn't working!
He did have a few months off and replied to me during that time. he promised to set up another meeting to go through all the issues. As he did not do this I sent him a load of bullet points.
I also told him that I had had a call from the Amazon coaching team about the amount of items not being receipted. They told me off for mixing up the stock in different boxes. Typical Amazon. Different departments doing opposing things.

Please can you look in to this urgently, it's affecting lots of sellers sending in FBA stock.

Main concern is that it needs to get through to the correct team - Amazon Recommended Packing Method Team. Last time this happened (months ago) they were unaware there was even an issue because seller support hadn't actually pushed it through properly.

Hi, since Monday it has not been showing or working for us either.
Have checked with multiple other Amazon sellers also and they have the same exact issue, where once we enter the ASIN's and stock amounts we are sending and go to the next step, the option to select Amazon recommended group packing is not showing at all.
We have a case open with seller support, and so far they do not see to understand the issue, case ID: 12606064532.
It seems to be a Amazon wide issue, especially the amount of other sellers experiencing the same issue currently, this needs to be escalated to the correct department immediately to be resolved, as this is impacting many sellers business operations. @Glenn_Amazon@Arish_Amazon

Update on the case I had created with seller support.
They said they have realised it is an Amazon Wide Technical Issue and it has been escalated to the relevant Department, and will keep me posted on any updates.
So at least they seem to be aware of it being an issue now and it is being looked into, just hope they fix it quickly.

I received this earlier but it didn't help. However, by repeatedly deleting the workflow and trying again, it eventually offered me 2 pack groups and allowed me to send with the incentive in place.
