Read onlyHello!
Before ı created one more discussion but ı couldnt get any help.
I have big problem about reactivate my account. I am living in Turkey and ı created a company in UK. I created company in UK because ı want to enroll VAT. My company have virtual address.
When ı am trying create my list Amazon suspend my account and they wanted verify my identity. And they want an utility bill from me. I uploaded my utility bill which is belong to my Turkey address but they said not enough information. I added many additional documents to prove ı am a not fake seller but they always send me same rejection mail.
When ı create my amazon account ı added my UK address in business address part. My utitlity bill belongs to my Turkey address and it is impossible for me get an utility bill for my UK address because there is a virtual address. So my opininon the problem Amazon cant match this address. I think ı am not a first person who create an Amazon account with a company which have virtual address. But ı really couldnt find a way for solve my problem.
Because of my account is deactivated ı can not update my address in my Amazon account.
Additionally before ı was able create cases and make calls with Amazon seller support team. But a few days ago my account plan change the individual and right now ı cant even create case and request for call.
Every time when ı am trying create new cases they automatically response me "This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel."
Anyway ı am not trying submit an appeal ı am trying to open a case for asking questions but they always send me same mail.
Right now ı can not contact with anyone for solve my problem.
If someone help me ı will really appreciate it. Because ı really work hard and prepared my products. I was ready to send my products and now waiting for 45 days already.
I am waiting for some Amazon officials contact me for solve this problem.
Best regards.
Hello @Seller_b0OiMyhqZnwKC,
Here Simon from Amazon.
I will close this thread as it's a duplicate of Address Correction Letter.
I would recommend to follow up on the original thread in order to avoid confusion and a slower resolution of the issue.
Best,
Simon
