Ship from address not working

i am unable to enter a ship from address am i missing something in my account setup?

That should be under general shipping settings. If you go to the cog shape button top right of screen and choose 'shipping settings' then 'general settings' you should see ship from address and can edit the default. Note Amazon doesnt use the default by default... make sure when you print labels it is using the correct address.
