Help on Account Statement/Balance
Looking for help.
I had to go out of business for a while and there has been no movement on my account which I want to re-activate.
There seems to be a balance on the account but there is no payment method saved on the account.
Prior to providing a payment method, I would like to know how much the balance is so that I can take care of it but everytime I try to go in the account, the first thing I need to do is provide a payment method.
Is there a phone number I can call ? Request an email with the balance ?
HELP please ! Anyone?

Did you place your account on vacation, or just failed to use it? Each has a different action by Amazon.

I've reviewed your account and see that there is balance repayment of MX$363.71 in your MX Marketplace.
You should be able to go to your Payments tab to review your charges (make to select the Mexico marketplace from the store drop-down).
