Customer wants to withdraw their A-Z claim
Hi happy Easter all. My Easter present is an erroneous A-Z claim!
A customer has wrongly put an A-Z claim through and has agreed to withdraw it.
Please can someone advise on how they actually withdraw it? Which screens do they need to go in to and what steps do they have to take to withdraw it?

You care so much about this matter that you could not be bothered to type “cancel a-z” in the help box in your buyer account to find out? But you wrote a much longer posting on this forum instead? Honestly.
The page you want is https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=help_search_1-2?ie=UTF8&nodeId=201889420&qid=1555687120&sr=1-2.

Your buyer will need to contact the Amazon Customer Service and request them to cancel the claim, as the withdraw button often doesn’t work.
However, be prepared that they will be trying to talk them out of doing it, stating that withdrawn claims can’t be reopened and that they would give up their right to a refund.
