Read onlyI am having an issue, with another seller sending out intellectual property infringements, when they do NOT own or have exclusive rights, just to stop me and other sellers selling a popular product.
I buy a lot of my products from BGC which is a greetings card company, its a wholesaler, with depots all over UK, this particular product, is actually manufactured by BGC, but the other seller has listed it as A & D, which is incorrect but the product is the same, so doing as Amazon prefer us to do, I listed on that listing rather than create a new listing with an identical product.
I sold some straight away as it is a popular product, but then they sent the IPI, and had me removed from their listing, so I found another listing of same product and they have sent a copyright infringement, My product is not copyright.
I sent in invoice and photos of stock to show Amazon, and they say is the other seller has it listed as A & D, and that was done first, so the brand name must be A & D and I need to ask the other seller for a letter of authority to sell their product...
ITS NOT THEIR PRODUCT !!!!
they are just doing this to stop any other seller, sell a popular product.
Vent Over xx
the seller who rebranded it as their own - although technically in the wrong- had every right to kick you off I’m afraid
in amazons eyes it’s not the same product. The a &d version is different to the BGC version.
In future, look up thd barcode. If that doesn’t exist or there isn’t a barcode, create your own listing
