Power of attorney, I need a real life example,
So currently amazon refuse to accept it, I personally don't rely on business anymore I want to close my ltd company down asap, but until this issue is resolved I can't really close it down.
It would have been easier shutting down my seller account and starting a new one at this rate.
So for the power of attorney, people have given examples, (I will fill in the example below, I just need someone to tell me it's actually correct.

The undersigned [Smith LTD] (herein after, the “Company”), duly represented by (Martin Smith Company Director) [Martin Smith Company Director], confirms that [Martin Smith] is authorised to open a selling on payment account with Amazon Payments UK, accept the User Agreement and other Policies, have access to the selling on Amazon account, and initiate transactions in the name and on behalf of the Company.

I have asked you in your other thread (Power of attorney help) that you opened to provide the latest notification from the verification Team, but I did not get your answer there. Could you please share the notification in the original thread?
