Sale price highlighted vs Your Price
Hello good morning, I launched a product to the market with an original "your price" for a few days, in which I received 3 sales and programmed a sale price with a lower price after receiving these sales. We waited for these sales at "Your price" because we understood that this way the customer, once the "Sale price" was activated, he was going to see how the price was in promotion ("Your price" crossed out and "Sale price" as the new price). However this did not happen and the "Sale price" appears as the standard price. Could please tell us why this did happen? Thank you very much in advance!

The FTC regulates advertised sale prices and Amazon follows those regulations.
I don't remember the particulars, but in order for something to be advertised as you wish, the regular price has to be in place for a much greater time than the sale price is offered.

Hello @Seller_yIt7Shyj57xzZ,
Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed your listing and see that the price displayed is working as intended. Your list price is displayed, but crossed out due to you running a 20% off discount. The detail page will not show your list price, your normal price and the discount price all on the page, only the list price and your current deal price. You can read more on list price here.
Regards,
Michelle
