payments being taken from a deaivated account

Hi JuliaMy account is deactivated and I can not see a way to get it back as multiple appeals fail. The greater concern is amazon has been refunding items from 9 months aga. I have no means to contest this due the deactivation so I can not open a case log. I cannot remove my card details which means refunds are being paid out that shouldnt be.can someone help
