Removal order for specific returned stock (using LPN) possible?

Can you please provide guidance?
We are currently working on trying to fully understand the returns we are receiving, the reasons behind them being returns and where the stock ultimately ends up.
We have a number of returns on the FBA customer returns report that have the disposition “Customer Damaged” and the reason “Defective”, but the status “Unit Returned To Inventory”. We do not want these units returning to inventory as there is potential they are opened/no longer sellable. Once opened, our products are no longer sellable (security seals must be broken) so I need to be sure that these products will not be sent out again in a poor condition. Unfortunately the good folks at FBA don’t always notice when a product is not fit for sale.
I understand how to create a removal order, but I don’t know how to remove these particular offenders. I am provided with the LPN on the returns report; can I somehow use this LPN to remove these specific units of stock?
