Exhausted with account level reserve.

I really need some help here.
Amazon are holding all of my money in "Account Level Reserve" and has been doing so for almost 9 months, Now 100% of my earnings are in amazon account level reserve, my account is ok, health is good, each and everything is good but still I am facing this issue. Now I don't even have money to order more inventory my items are going out of stock still amazon has not given any response. Upon opening different tickets and calls with Amazon still I don't got any response from the support, All the bots are sitting on support and giving same cope paste response everytime.

I cannot think why this could be happening.

we are having a similar issue. We have been selling on Amazon since 2015. If you scroll down disbursements, our account was never hit with an account level reserve. Until recently, out of the blue, £10k popped up. We have suppliers to pay. This has affected us, and our desire to continue with Amazon.
A friend of ours, who deals with helping a non-profit in South Africa that supports families afflicted with AIDS, and sells their handmade jewelry, in both the uk and USA, have exactly the same problem, every sale, simply gets added to the account level reserve, they haven’t been able to draw down money for months. Which means these families don’t eat. And Amazon don’t help. They “transfer the case” and never get back. Terrible,sad.

We are now facing this issue with no support from Amazon and like everyone else facing huge cash flow issues. Did you manage to get a resolution? If so can you share what the outcome was and how you got it resolved i would be grateful?

I have my money held by the thieves since February, always asking for documents to get my account back to selling, they are scammers, buyer are like shoplifters, buy and claim outrageous things to get it free, my account suspended because the buyer said I was racist, she is Indian and I am Indian, so the lies on Amazon

At last disbursement period (to Oct 10th) my Account Level Reserve was £120. Now (next period) it is £160 despite the fact that the only refund given to date is the £2 postage refund that I gave a multibuyer.
I only have about 2 returns/refunds per year as I sell secondhand books/knitting patterns. As my ceiling for prices is £15 (one or two are slightly above, the rest go on Ebay), a SENSIBLE ALR would be not more than £50. The rest is daylight robbery!!

Update: my Account Level Reserve is now just over £180.
