Is Royal Mail 24 a complete scam?
I have just found out that even though they call it Royal Mail 24 and supposedly the same service as tracked 24, it is not guaranteed to have any delivery date. We are seeing a number of packages never even arrive 2-3-4 days later and it’s an absolute nightmare. Yes you get VTR, and the price is good, but its an absolute disaster for an Amazon business. Has anyone had a similar experience with Royal Mail? finding it increasingly stressful that I am spending north of 100k a year and yet I have zero customer service from them. If I were any other business with a customer worth that, I’d be wining and dining them!!!

its not the same service as Tracked 24 and is not advertised anywhere as the same
its basically 1st class but with a delivery scan
chances are they are delivered but just had no scan . Our scan rate for RM48 is only 80 odd % but touch wood, no INRs etc so they obviously have all been delivered

Getting their sales team to make contact with you is as if you’re trying to sell to them. No customer service at all (or business acumen it seems!).
