maybe I'm a bit naive but why are amazon selling my stock as theirs? we by a product off a large global company (at a discount as we buy thousands) its the same product - same box same EAN. But the label added to our stock is ever so slightly different. Different printing method i think. Anyway amazon reduced the price so much lower that the price they should be buying it for (well according to the brand that sold it to us and the RRP's etc). so I bought one to see if it was legit stock. Anyway they sold me my own stock with my label on it! Is this normal practice? I know there is "co mingling" but if amazon just run out can they use our / your stock to fill their orders even if they cant get it from the brand?

Shipped 3 consignments to BHX2 on 18th March. APC have photographed them in amazon cages but the stock has been stuck on the "shipped" stage for nearly 3 weeks now. It isn’t showing up as in stock just inbound. Amazon wont do anything until its has moved to the "closed" stage. Has anyone else had any issues with their FBA stock being stuck?.

I have received the following warning when creating a shipment to send stock into Amazon FBA -

"Units of this ASIN had pending Long-Term Storage Fee charges and were removed before the LTSF charge. Your ability to send in more units of this ASIN has been limited."

I cannot send stock in for 3 months. Is there any way around this? Would I be able to pay the LTSF charge now, to be able to send stock in.
