NOME MARCA SBAGLIATO NON SI RIESCE A CORREGGE - HELP!
Ciao e grazie per chi vorrà leggermi.
L'azienda per cui lavoro è su Amazon da circa 5 anni con pochi risultati (azienda alimentare di medie dimensioni). Sono stato assunto proprio lo scorso anno per seguire questo canale di vendita ed in pochi mesi abbiamo aumentato le vendite in maniera importante.
Abbiamo un problema, non riusciamo a iscrivere il marchio nel registro marche di Amazon.
Il problema è che chi ha creato i primi prodotti anni fa lo ha fatto inserendo nel campo "marca" un nome sbagliato. Adesso non c'è verso di farlo modificare (neanche aprendo un caso specifico per ogni asin).
Non voglio cancellare i prodotti "vecchi" perdendo cosi tutte le recensioni e le metriche positive, ho mandato tutta la documentazione comprensiva di attestato di registrazione del marchio a livello europeo.
Ogni operatore dell'assistenza si blocca quando vede l'errore nel campo marca e quando vede che il marchio è registrato a nome della holding capogruppo mentre l'account è stato creato dalla società del gruppo che segue le vendite.
Qualcuno ha qualche dritta o sa il modo per poter parlare con qualcuno che riesca a prendere in gestione la situazione? Vorrei aggiungere molti altri prodotti e aprire degli account su altri paesi ma prima voglio risolvere questa situazione.

We have a problem, we can't register the brand in the Amazon brand registry.
The problem is that those who created the first products years ago did so by entering an incorrect name in the "brand" field. Now there is no way to make it change (not even by opening a specific case for each asin).
I don't want to delete the "old" products thus losing all the reviews and positive metrics, I sent all the documentation including the certificate of registration of the brand at European level.
Every support operator freezes when they see the error in the brand field and when they see that the brand is registered in the name of the parent holding company while the account was created by the group company that follows the sales.
Does anyone have any tips or know how I can talk to someone who can handle this? I would like to add many more products and open accounts in other countries but first I want to resolve this situation.
