Seller central permissions withdrawn
Hi guys
I recently set up a Seller account and I have had permissions added since to manage other accounts, but now I can’t make changes in the primary account that I set up and own.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - I am unable to view the following pages in seller central:
Add a product = (Forbidden
Sorry, you do not have sufficient rights to view this page. Please contact your site admin if you think you have received this message in error)
Complete verification = (Invalid Access You do not have permissions to view this page)
And if I try to contact help/seller support I also see “Invalid Access: You do not have permissions to view this page”

It sounds like you are using a login (e-mail address) which doesn’t have permissions to manage the features.
You need to login as the primary account manager, which has all the rights and review your User Permissions:

I’ve had this problem between my buyer and seller accounts. I have my business selling account, and I have my entirely separate personal Amazon accounts for purchases, and then a 3rd account which is solely for Amazon Advantage (the publisher scheme, which only gets used on the Amazon Advantage website). Both the buyer and seller accounts have different email addresses and passwords, but Amazon throws a wobbly if you’re logged into your buyer account on the regular Amazon website and then try to log in to Seller Central with my seller account.
I resolved this by keeping them on different browsers, so I only log into my seller account in Seller Central on Chrome, and I only log into my personal buyer account on the regular Amazon site in Firefox.
I would try that - clear your cache and cookies on 2 browsers, and then decide which to use for what.

I cleared all history in chrome, logged back in and the situation is exactly the same.
I also downloaded a new browser (firefox, other browsers are available!) and the result is the same in that browser
I have also tried logging out from the buyer side and logging in via seller central but with the same result!
In my seller account there is a note about configuring tax settings but even that has a permissions warning “Missing Required Right: tax_manager_edit. Please contact Seller Support.”
My hunch is that this is to do with access I’ve been granted to other Seller profiles recently and that there is some kind of security protocol, one is an international business selling into the UK and AMZ requested ID verification, which I’d already been through on the UK seller account I’m having issues with.
Not being able to contact seller support is a real sticking point here - any ideas?
