Hi, my account has been pending validation for 4 months, I’ve contacted seller support and sent an e mail to the verification team but I’m not getting any further update on it, can anyone help how can I resolve this situation?
“Your information is currently being validated. We will contact you if additional information is required.
Once we have received and been able to validate your data, we can open your Selling on Amazon payment account. Otherwise, we might ask for additional information.”

you have to wait unfortunately it is taking a while at the moment and nothing you can do to speed it up and if you keep emailing them you may even slow the process just got to be patient

It’s more than 4 months since the time when my account has gone to pending verification for KYC-related issues. Once I received that message I uploaded all the required documents and I was told the verification will be completed in 10 days and my account will be reinstated
Unfortunately, it has been more than 4 months and my account is still under pending verification status. Whenever I am contacting seller support they are saying that it is in the final stage and review should be completed soon and there is no time frame to complete the review. They have always been telling me that the issue has been escalated but sadly there is no resolution for my problem
I really don’t understand why is it taking this much time to complete a review by verifying the documents I uploaded. Due to this issue, my inventory of 488 units is stranded and it is nearing the date of disposal. This has become a huge loss for me.

I am having the same situation, I think they are just very slow, to verify, I mean I have been selling on Amazon since 5years but suddenly a KYC when everything has been submitted, I got a reply from the managing director though that they will deal with it as priority, but still nothign
