Unable to delete or change photos for used item?
I listed an item two days ago and found the photos were grainy on Amazon so decided to change them. I tried everythng to replace them but the same grainy photos would not be replaced. To test this I also deleted five of the photos and left one to see if this change would go through. However that didn’t work either with the six original bad quality photos still showing the next day.
I have now had to close the listing and will try relisting later with different photos. Is this a known issue or did I just come across some kind of glitch?

You only offer “suggestions” to change the catalogue, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t

It is not a glitch and sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to see the change. Amazon is also built up on a number of different servers and you have cookies that will perhaps sho you old data rather than the stuff you have replaced it with.
It could also be that the photos you are replacing with are not good enough either. There are minimum requirements for the sizes but also images that are too heavy, detailed that are heavy on the resources will get thrown out as well.
