Account Suspension Issue - European Amazon Account Access Needed
Hello Amazon Seller Community,
I'm dealing with an issue regarding my European seller account (Amazon.se). My account has been suspended and I cannot access my seller funds. The most frustrating part is that while some issues were flagged with certain orders, I have many successfully completed orders with happy customers, and I cannot access the money from these legitimate sales.
The suspension happened during a period where I was experiencing issues with EAN mismatches, leading to some order problems. While I acknowledge I didn't handle the situation correctly, I've already sent a detailed explanation to Seller Performance and committed to following all proper procedures moving forward.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation with their European account? I'm particularly looking for advice on:
1. Getting access to funds from completed, legitimate orders
2. Estimated timeline for account review
3. Best contact method for European seller support
