BuyBox NOT Rotating on 90% of listings
Hi all,
Im a UK seller. In the past few weeks I’ve noticed a massive drop off in my buybox win %. I’m no longer able to get the buybox on my best replens, where usually I’d have 50% +. It’s typically around 25% and now under 5%.
I’ve had no account changes recently, IP, feedback etc, issues. Have no idea for the reasons behind the drop.
Has anyone noticed anything similar, know of any potential changes from amazon themselves to the algo or know of any fixes?

Have you checked your competitors for their prices, stock quantity etc
I’ve just randomly checked a handful of your listings and you are not the cheapest on any - and on some, competing with up to 40 other sellers
On the odd one you are the same price, there are 8 or so other sellers with the same price but 4 have 100% feedback, compared to your 94%

I do wonder whether all the negative feedback is having an impact. I know Amazon have struck through them and accepted responsibility, but i wonder if it does still influence the buybox algo.

Recently Ive found the Buy Box % is totally inacurate,I have 100% Buy Box on 90% of my sku’s yet in the last few weeks by BB % has never shown over 37%
