Read onlyAt every single inbound shipment to AMAZON FBA in FRANCE; AMAZON is loosing complete cartons of inventory.
The situation escalated couple of months ago.
Support from AMAZON > NONE.
When we ask for investigation, they ask us to send an invoice while it's our own inventory that we manufacture ourselves.
Recently they even close inbound shipments without option to open an investigation...
When we can open an investigation ; they ignore everything we say , the tracking information; and all other details we provide. While it's not about discrepancies in a box, but complete cartons that are not being received.
Are other sellers here experiencing these problems?

Amazon refuses to investigate
And they refuse to refund the lost cartons. Because it's not shipped through a partner carrier.
Unfortunately we don't have access to a partner carrier from our country.
They automatically close all shipments, with discrepancies, and stage/fake a so called "automatic" investigation.
In 3 months we lost THOUSANDS of units. THOUSANDS
