My business in Germany has to close because there are some product requirements that I cannot meet.

I have had Singularity to be a connection to German tax and Avalara to do VAT accounting.

In connection with closing the German VAT number, Singularity has asked for a fee of 300 euros to submit the accounts for 2023 and 2024.

In addition, they have asked me to retrieve data about my accounts from Avalara.

Unfortunately, Avalara did not respond to my queries and neither did Singularity (probably because they lack data).

Is there anyone who has been in my situation and who has shut Germany down as a trading market?

P.S. Amazon constantly demands money for my German warehouse even though the account is no longer active and the VAT number is closed.
