Avaks tax company failing to fulfill its responsibility and being victimized

my company has agreed with avask company to file VAT registrations and declarations. My vat declaration date is about to come, but avask is not even responding to me yet.
It’s a bit of a shame that Amazon is dealing with such over-the-counter sites.
responsible people don’t even answer.
I got it done for 120 euros, they take the money right away, but the service is 0

Assuming your VAT quarter ended October 2021 then they still have until the 7th December to submit the VAT return.
There is still plenty of time for them to submit the VAT return. If they don’t you need to check the contract you have with them to see if there is any comeback for them submitting late

There’s no point in posting comments like this on the forum. Your issue is with Avask, so it’s Avask you must take it up with.
On the other hand, if you’ve got an actual question to ask your fellow sellers, that’s a different matter.
