Amazon Charging fees without listing/selling
I opened a seller account with a view to get an account where I will be getting charged a fee as I sell items. But Amazon has since been charging me £30 for the past 4 months without me even listing or selling anything. I have there requested for my account to be suspended while I am not trading a few times to no response.
Can I get help on where to raise this please?

Go to account info and there is an option to downgrade your account on the right side to the “per-item” selling plan. Once you’ve done that you can open a case to request a refund for the fees already taken.

Go to Settings - Account Info - Your services - Manage - and downgrade from Professional to Individual Selling PLAN.
You will need to open a case with seller support - Help - to request a refund of unused fees.
Scroll down on the help page to ‘Get Support’ and then click on Selling on Amazon and near the bottom in very small blue font is Or, browse for your issue in the menu

You are basically seeing what you signed up for.
The professional account has this charge, amazon don’t care whether you sell or list.
As other users have suggested. If you are not selling then downgrade to an Individual account.
Please read what this means before doing it, as it changes some things.
