Falak Accessories is my old account, which I created on 30 November 2023 during my learning session and did not used and NovaNest Variety Store is my main account created in 2024 and it is verified, recently I have received an email from amazon that your main account is deactivated due to linkage with old account please reinstate that first then you can reinstate your main account, after that I came to falak accessories account and opened many cases with support and also provided electricity bill with all requirements but amazon is not reactivating my old account with saying no enough information to reactivate your account, kindly please check attached screen shots and provide me a proper solution.

I do understand having an old account cause the deactivation of your current account can be frustrating and disruptive. I appreciate you providing your Performance Notification as this allows me, with the help from an internal team, to investigate your situation. I have removed the email part of your message to protect your personal information, but I do have that saved so I can still review.
I see you have provided a utility invoice for this account. Does the address on the invoice correctly match the address you set up in your account? The system checks the business address, Legal Entity and the address in the Tax Information area. All this information can be found using the Settings - Account Info area of Seller Central.
If the address on the Utility Bill does not match the address you set up in the account, your appeal will fail. It should match EXACTLY to be successful.

Check the Performance Notification from November 30, 2023 titled: Your Amazon Seller account has been deactivated. In part this says:
How do I reactivate my account?
Once this account has been reactivated, that will allow you to reactivate "NovaNest Variety Store". DO NOT close any stores until both are reactivated.
