Please give some hints; I got a return and reason is "Order not received"

But which is FBA order how can it happen?

Don't you mean a refund? Since this is FBA, if even, Amazon got the return, not you.

Clear my question here;

A man buy my product and send my FBA. I got the sales income on amazon account, after 2weeks the man ask refund and the reason is "Order not received" .

How come a FBA delivery order had not send and I got a tempoary income?
