Created a support case over 2 weeks ago and just getting ignored
Hi,
I opened a support case over 2 weeks ago after accidentally selecting a business seller account rather then individual and therefore got charged to create the account. I have repeatedly messaged on the case requesting a reply but still had nothing and no other contact methods, no phone numbers, no live chat?
Is this normal for Amazon just to blatantly ignore cases? They have ignored it so long that my account has now been charged.

Amazon wont sort this for you - you need to do it yourself. Go into your account settings - left hand side - manage services (or similar) and downgrade from Professional account to Individual. This will prevent next months fee going out. Then - IF you haven’t sold anything you can politely ask Amazon if they will refund your payment as you signed up in error - they wont refund if you have had even 1 sale though.
