How do I provide an ASIN with my brand name for Brand Registry before I register a brand?
The Brand Registry application requires to "Enter 1-3 ASINs that represent your brand. The brand name on the application should match the brand name on the ASIN.". However the listing requires that "If you are not brand-registered, check the box for This product does not have a brand". These two requirements sounds conflicting to me. How do I provide an ASIN with my brand name for Brand Registry before I register a brand?

In regard to your inquiry, that part of the enrollment is optional, this is in the event you already sell this product, this means you don't need to add information if it does not apply to your case.
