Inventory Dispose
We would like to clarify the following once and for all: Our seller account was deactivated from February 26 to May 14. During this period, we had no access to Seller Central and therefore could not receive any notifications
So the question remains: Why was sellable inventory disposed of?
We are not even asking for the units back. We are simply requesting reimbursement for the inventory that was disposed of without proper warning or communication.
We expect a fair resolution. Please process the payment for the disposed units so we can continue doing business on your platform. This matter should not be treated lightly.

You are not talking to Amazon here, this is the seller forum.
To contact seller support go in your seller central, click "Help" on top and create a case. Describe your issue and Amazon will answer you.
If these were branded products and you don't have a "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner or a verifiable supply chain Amazon had the legal obligation to destroy the products you sent in. Without reimbursement of course.

As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACnotes any possibility of recovery will depend on the exact circumstances. You say you WERE suspended from February 26 to May 14. Are you still suspended or are you now active again?
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they were asking for.
If you were selling branded items and did NOT have an LOA that specifically says you are permitted to sell on Amazon or did NOT buy from brand authorized wholesale sources (NOT a retail purchase) then you have no chain of custody and no proof of authenticity.

Hello Sellers and Amazon Team,
During my account deactivation (Feb 26–May 14, 2025) due to an ID variation issue, Amazon disposed of my FBA inventory without notice. The inventory was sellable, less than 365 days old, and actively selling.
Despite multiple escalations, Amazon denies reimbursement and only sends generic replies. This has caused a serious financial loss.
Has anyone faced this? How did you get compensation or resolve it? Any advice appreciated.
Thanks,
