Item not delivered, stuck at Ireland

Hi, Ima new in this :) and I don't know what to do.

I've send by myself 4 orders to Ireland, with the forms requested, I've dropped the parcel 0n 19 October, and it's stuck in Dublin sence 24 October ( 24 October 2024 21:33 Your delivery has been sorted DUBLIN MAIL CENTRE, DUBLIN 12) . The costumers send me a message saying they will be waiting for the parcel.

I've sent an email to the company post and I am still waiting.

Now the customer wants the refund. Of course I will do the refund, but it's unfair. I've lost my product, lost money.

What's the best way to send orders to Ireland?

Thank you

We might be able to help, but we need more details.

First, what is the value of the order? Specifically, is it over or under 150 Euros?

What courier and service did you use to send it by?

Does the tracking say it was released from customs?

If you sent it using Royal Mail, were did you generate the shipping label and CN22 label?

Was it a Business Customer?

Hello @Seller_qtZqKgd10WVjp,

I'm Angie, part of the UK forum community. It's a pleasure to greet you.

In this case, you need to ask for support from the carrier partner you choose to make the delivery.

Since I cannot recommend you specific carriers, I would like to invite other sellers to share their preferences for shipments to Ireland.

Regards,

Angie 🪸

As you mention the Mail Centre in Dublin 12 I thought I'd share this article. Gardai (Irish Police) are investigating as it seems a staff member has been stealing large volumes of mail.

Google missing mail Dublin 12 will show the articles in the news.
