Issue listing products due to previous violation by another brand
Hi,
A few months ago I tried to list a number of new products from our range, I found that another retailer was using our barcode numbers that my brand owns the license for. After some back and forth with support, the products were removed. However, now when I try to add my products, the system tells me that I am unable to do so because there is conflicting information (the EAN is still associated with the offending products). I sought help from support again, who told me to accept the existing values and then once the listing was in our catalogue, to update it with the correct information. I did this, but now the item pages are removed and I can not edit or list our products.
Does anyone have any suggestions to overcome this or experienced anything similar?
Thank you!

Did you send amazon your GS1 certificate and list of EANs as proof of ownership for the require changes ?
And are you actually brand registered ?
