Customer wants to return an item.
Hi
Anyone else had this problem? Customer messages about an item supposedly bought form my store but received the wrong item and wants a refund and willing to return said item. the only problem is i cant actually find the order in the (All Orders page) and had the order number from customer and date and time but its not there?
Help or guidance would be appreciated.

advise them that is the case. And they need to open a return request from their Amazon order history.

Go into the message centre on Seller Central. The order number will be displayed with the message.
If it is not there. Advise the customer that they may have contacted the wrong seller.

Following up on this thread, as your peer seller mentioned, If you don't locate the order ID on your account, the best advice will be for you to check with the buyer and redirect them to Customer Service for further assistance.
