Can some one help me step by step how to ship using ups goods from uk to germany fba as i never done this before .especially not sure how to make a customs invoice things to include in that can i get a template or customs invoice from my carrier looking for some help kindly help

I know another seller said they’d successfully managed and I asked them to keep the forum updated and unfortunately they came and said it was rejected at customs and returned

The only stock I ever sent to Germany got returned months later. In Germany you need fiscal representation on the ground, in France you don’t…
We send our PAN EU stock to France using World Options.

You still need fiscal representation on the ground. If you are PAN EU, send to France, not Germany.
Are you VAT registered in Germany? If not, you can’t send there anyway.
