We ran into this about 2 weeks ago. Sometimes creating a new shipment fixed it, other times we just had to wait until the next day to ship.
Support encouraged us to just sit on it and send screenshots showing the issue (and including the workflow id -- located at the bottom of the page).
We never got a satisfactory answer from support, it just seemed to resolve itself.

I think this is due to the format of the ship from address. You should go back to the first step of the shipping plan and change the ship from address. In my own trials, I saw that it is necessary to include the second part of the zip code as well. For example, if you wrote it as 94561, this error occurs, but if you wrote it as 94561-2677, you don't encounter this error. I hope this helps.

Anyone figure out a way around this? I have my shipments set to go to East coast but it is still asking me to send to SCK8 but will not allow me to use partnered LTL. Very frustrating

Amazon-partnered carriers have a very low cost, however, they do not transit certain items such as fragile, dangerous, perfumery, etc. Mayne your item changed status. If you will remove the item and try to ship something else the partnered carriers will be available.

We've been having the same issue since this Monday. We've tried the zip+4 (9-digit zip code) but it didn't help.
We also tried recreating shipments, but the system keeps assigning us SCK8...
Any suggestions are much appreciated!!

Having same issue. I got to the point where I chose the placement option (SCK8) printed the box labels, and everything is labeled and palletized. Now it all of a sudden changes and there is no option for Amazon Partnered Carrier? Would have been nice to know before 471 boxes were labeled and palletized!!! These are now at my suppliers warehouse and I'm not sure what to do. Amazon should not have let me print the box labels if this was going to happen.

Experiencing the same problem. Edited the zip code and added phone number but problem still persist.
Amazon partnered carrier are greyed out and unable to be selected when SCK8 is the fulfillment destination.
Able to get Amazon partner carrier if I select Central / Eastern placement.
