Account Inactive - Check Performance Notifications for Actions

This is the message I got from Amazon:

"We have reviewed your submission, but we could not complete your verification. As a result, your account will not be activated.

Why is this happening?

Your account has been deactivated because you may have outstanding document or information requests in your Seller Central account. Until you respond to all outstanding requests and submit the required entries in Seller Central, you will continue to have limited access to your selling account.

How do I resolve this situation?

To gain full access to your account, submit all outstanding documents or information. Without the complete documentation and information, or if we are not able to verify your submissions, you will not be allowed to sell in Amazon stores.

How do I submit the required documents or information?

Check for any pending actions in the "Performance Notifications" section of your seller Central account, and follow the on-screen instructions to reactivate your account: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/notifications "

When I check the Performance Notifications page, I have no actions to complete. I'm not sure why my account is still inactive? I clicked on all of these notifications and completed the action required. Now when I click on the links it only takes me to the global dashboard. Please help!!

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues on the account. It would appear that there is some additional verification that needs to be completed based off the recent messaging.

We would advise on checking the account settings as there may be details there if the performance notifications and account health page do not specify. What information have you attempted to provide as of now?

Please provide a screenshot or any other information that you may have regarding this for additional support.
