Amazon Customer Service making fraudulent claims for customer

Yesterday i had an email with "we have initiated a refund" and customer was refunded for 2 items without a single message from customer.

Funds were taken from my account and paid back to customer with the email stating "item not received"

Opened a safe-t claim SAFE-T Claim ID: 29986-88626-1275518 as tracking showed delivered, delivery photo correct and GPS to support.

Claim was denied as safe-t team said items were not returnable !!

How can a claim of not received be non returnable to start with?

How does Amazon allow themselves to determine what is and isn't returnable when every item i sell is returnable under my returns policy ?

How does Amazon allow a customer to keep the items and return funds because they determine them to be non returnable?

This is nothing more than facilitated theft of goods and funds.

It appears that the customer may of received the goods and changed mind and tried to return, but Amazons system would not let them, so Amazon just gave them away !!

Should i go through the Amazon catalogue and buy every single item in there that is classed as non returnable and then open a return and get thousands of items for free and effectively scam every seller in the catalogue??

This HAS TO STOP !!!

Can you please look into this case as it is nothing more than a fraudulent claim by either customer or Amazon Customer Support.

If Amazon are saying this is non returnable and are gifting goods not owned by them to customers, then Amazon should bare the cost of giving 3rd party sellers goods away, otherwise this is theft by Amazon and defrauding its 3rd party sellers.

And today yet another one !!

Amazon just refunds buyer without any notification with the reason "item not as described"

Item DOES match product page.

We have full cctv packing showing the correct product being packed.

Amazon has yet again STOLEN funds from my account, GIFTED my stock that Amazon does NOT own to one of THEIR customers without the customer providing a shred of evidence to back up their claim... other than a quick call to Amazon.

This is the 2nd time in 7 days that Amazon has stolen funds and goods from us and denied safe-t claims on the grounds the goods are deemed non-returnable by them, with no good reason why?

They are deliverable, therefore returnable through the same method !!

@Julia_Amazon i please call on you to look into these blatant thefts/frauds

Safe-t claims:

29986-88626-1275518 and 61655-72679-0093736

Hello @Seller_xU4h6ZbAduf0O

We're hosting an "Ask Amazon" event with the Safe-T team on September 10th.

You can find more details here.

We invite you to participate and ask questions about Safe-T processes and get expert replies.

Kind regards,

Sarah.
