FBA listing automatically converts to FBM
Hello! Our listing keeps on switching to FBM few minutes after converting to FBA. Any advice?

Have you been using the same SKU to switch between FBA and FBM? If so, I'd recommend you use different SKU for each fulfillment type. Amazon has been known to have issues when you're changing between FBA and FBM a bunch of times.

This is interesting on 3/16 I created a FBA shipment and sent it in. At some point while it was still "in transit" I noticed several of the 29 items automatically switched to "FBM".
I didn't think anything of it I just switched it to FBA. Now that it is in "receiving" status they are showing received 19 of 29.
I'm trying not to panic because the items that are unreceived for 4 days now are my higher priced items. At what point do I start calling FBA and will that even do anything.

Now I have the same problem about it, but I had tried many ways to solve it, but failed, still converting everyday and everytime.
