Urgent Solution Needed for Account Suspension
Dear Amazon Support Team,
I am writing to urgently address an issue we have been experiencing with our Amazon account for the last 3 to 4 months. Despite submitting all the necessary documents proving the VAT legitimacy of our business, our documents have been repeatedly rejected by your customer service representatives.
Our company is a resident company, and we have a director in the UK. we have all the required documents.
We believe that the core of this issue is most likely technical in nature and our account remains suspended without a satisfactory resolution. This situation is seriously affecting our business operations.
We expect a quick response and resolution on this matter. If we do not receive adequate support, we will be forced to escalate this issue further, including reaching out to Jeff Bezos and the relevant support channels at X.
Thank you for your urgent attention to this urgent matter.
Sincerely yours,

You aee NOT talking to Amazon via this forum just other sellers like yourself
You need raise a case Seller support to relove your matters as no one on this forum has acess to your or any other sellers account.

As above reply, this is NOT Amazon Seller Support, and NONE of us can do anything to resolve your problem.
You say that this is a 'resident company' - do you mean the business is registered in UK, but are any of the named directors living overseas ? - if so that is probably the issue, even if one of your directors is resident in UK. To be honest, reaching out to Jeff Bezos is unlikely to have any effect as he is no longer CEO, but just an executive chairman, I believe.

It might just be that, like a lot of sellers from Turkey, you have a company registered in the UK with a "pretend" director who solely seems to be there to try to prove UK establishment. In this case they have been a director of almost 60 companies - including 32 since the start of this year alone.
As i've said a few times before, having a director in the UK doesn't really prove a company is established in the UK for VAT purposes.
