My ID pictures are not being accepted

Hi
My account was deactivated and asked for documents regarding company and my ID again. I send them all documents and same ID pictures when I first opened my account and got verified.
All other documents were accepted apart from my ID which is my Driving license. I took really nice and clear pictures and uploaded again.
But guess what again it got rejected with comments see guidelines. I went through guidelines but there is nothing.
No t sure what is wrong with my pictures and they also match on driving license number on my info file.
Please let me know if you had same experience and what did you do? Do you have any contact details where I can speak to someone regarding this?
