Account Deactivated
My account has been deactivated so I have submitted an appeal. I haven’t heard anything so I attempted to get in touch with support. My options are limited because my account is deactivated. I have selected both help topics and submitted a message but each time I submit I receive an automatic notification that I cannot submit an appeal via the link even though that’s not what I am trying to do. I have tried to contact support via different options but each time I hit a dead end. Does anyone have a support email address I can contact? Or, any ideas how long appeals take?! Ive not have a response and I have submitted all the information I have been requested to submit on the Account Performance Page?!?!

Ive not had any reply to upload anything - I follow everything I had to do on the account health page which was for the bank account details, letter of authorisation on letter headed paper, bank statement and emergency contact number - all of which I have done. Do you think I should upload my CH certificate?

We afre having the same problem, We have been deactivated for 3 weeks and all we have been doing is going around in circles, all allowed of robots. Has anybody got any ideas/ telephone numbers to contact a living person.
