Apply to Sell Brand without Brand Registry
Hi, is it possible to apply to sell under a unique brand, without applying through brand registry (as I have not applied for a trademark for the brand). I do not want to list as generic.
There are a few videos on youtube which suggest you can, although these may be out of date. I cant seem to see an option to be able to do this.

Hello @Seller_iuKFfzKlejDlm,
You can add a product with your unique brand without any issues as far as you have a valid product ID registered with the brand name of the product. If you don't have it, you can apply to have an exception.
If you are interested in protecting your brand, I'll recommend you to register your brand with brand registry.
Please have in mind that both processes require different documentation that you'll need to provide for approval.
