Lost featured offer on my private label listing

Hi fellow sellers,

I hope you're all doing well.

I'm reaching out to the community because I'm facing an issue with my Amazon listing. Two days ago, I lost the featured offer on my listing, and despite numerous cases raised and discussions with Seller Support, I haven't received a satisfactory resolution yet.

Here are some details about my account and listing:

  • I have a professional selling account.
  • I maintain a large volume of inventory.
  • I am providing excellent customer service.
  • My product is competitive.
  • I always use FBA for delivery options.

Despite all this, I'm still unable to regain the featured offer status on my listing.

Could anyone offer some guidance on how I can escalate this issue to get the attention of an Amazon representative who can help me resolve this matter? I am sure I sure many others are in this position

Contacting managingdirector@amazon.co.uk worked for me. Featured offered offer is now back and running.
