Case log from Amazon - Is it OK to close?

Hi,
In my ‘seller central’ I have just had a case appear in my case log that says it ‘requires attention’.
It is from Amazon entitled ‘Grow your business by enrolling these recommended high-potential ASINs in FBA programs.’
At this time I want to continue to fulfil my orders myself by FBM. Is it OK to close the case or should I just leave it? I am just a little worried as it is a ‘case’.
Any advice would be gratefully received as always.
